Physica, Occupational and Speech Therapy
Rehabilitation services to improve mobility, independence, and communication skills for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
Home Health Aids
Assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to support independence.
Social Work
and Counseling
Emotional and social support services to assist patients and families with navigating healthcare, resources, and coping with illness.
Mobile Imaging
Portable diagnostic imaging services, including X-rays, ultrasounds, and other scans, performed at the patient’s location for convenience and comfort.
Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
Provision of essential medical equipment such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, oxygen supplies, and walkers to support patient mobility and care at home.
Palliative Care
Compassionate end-of-life care focusing on comfort, pain relief, and emotional support for patients and their families.
Laboratory Services
In-home lab testing and specimen collection, including blood tests, urinalysis, and other diagnostic tests to monitor health conditions.

Anyone can contact Green Meadows Home Health for information about our services, including diet and wellness. We offer support to patients and families 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We will also contact physicians to ensure that patients are eligible for the home health care benefit.
